The SEC should not be expected to bring suit for us, not by a long shot, I trace this back to the suit brought against williams for the documents, documents that would have been cheaper for the company to pay williams rather than sue him.

bringing suit against williams was done by management and demonstrates their careless disregard for the shareholders, the suit was designed to be an attack on williams and a set up to oust him one way or another leading ultamately to a bogus special election to eliminate him

williams had to respond to the suit over documents, and as hind sight is 20/20 proves that, fortunately for both williams and shareholders he responded to their suit w/ a counter suit. Whereas management's suit against williams over the documents was unnecessary, williams defense of it was not
