As far as I see it, the SEC has failed to do their job on this one because we are just a small company. It really only takes one shareholder with the means, to do exactly this, and bring these clowns to their knees. Enough is enough with these thieves already. Too many years has gone by waiting for this company's management to come to their senses and move this thing into it's full potential, while investors investments stagnate.

As I see it, these clowns are willing to sue each other for the next 10 years and then say ----- Oh!! we could have, or we should have, and the patent expires leaving us all with nothing to show. Shame on greed!!
