RE Jagfn rumor, it sure is a sad day when I would actually be happy if a rumor like that came true. I have definitely begun to lose the faith that I have had over the past dozen years and I would ALMOST welcome something like that to put me out of my self induced IDCC misery. I have been in it too long to just sell unless forced to due to a buy out from another company. Even though $32 would be way lower than even my most pessimistic predictions, it would at least put me out of my misery.

I hope I wake up one day soon to something very positive about the company to get me back to believing in the near term possibility of success again. The way Nokia is behaving, I now am believing they will drag this on for years unless and until a judge really nails them. The unfortunate part is, they are doing everything legally and I don't think there is any chance of them getting hit with the huge penalties they deserve.
