1/12 is correct...15 calendar days.

I am not expecting too much out of this report results wise since the cut off date is 9/30/11 and most of Valcom's news was scheduled to be executed after 10/1.

I do expect to see some clarification on the Status Quo order, more information on the total outstanding shares, share counts of the various major holders, updates on pending lawsuits, and updates on collection of back royalty income. I would also like to know if the company actually bought back any of their own shares.

Going forward, I also expect a mention of The Roys, and more mentions of iTunes releases, and a status update of how the FilmOn deal is benefitting Valcom. I believe there was a PR that stated Valcom had several large contracts that were pending and ready to be signed within the Oct - Dec quarter. FilmOn may have been one, but the others have not yet been disclosed. We need more information on those deals.
