Points Being Missed...


What me excited most were these key items:

1) M-E and China: This puts us in the 1 PR away from pennyland again. It is what it is. These are the homerun plays. Many were disappointed last fall that E1 was focusing more on Master Lease. Need I remind all that at just $10,000 per unit the M-E has a fleet of 13,000 buses. That equates to 130 million. Now to me that means if at any time there is an announcement for example an initial order of 10,000 units or more that equates to 10 million or more, we are back in business.

2) China is going to be a player no two ways about it.

3) Remember the EPA mandate news on Fox last week. They were saying solutions were in the 50,000 range. I still see JV coming in.

4) KEY MISS BY PEOPLE. E1 does not buy MLOOS but will be active in moving contracts as they expire from MLOOS to E1-OOS. Folks this is a gradual migration of that 4 to 4.5 million in Cashflow without the cost of purchase (dilution) and assumptions of debt. This is HUGE!!!It just may take I would guess 1-2 years to bring those over to E1-OOS not including all new E1-Leasing and E1-OOS contracts.

Folks the more I read the recent events the better I feel. Honestly, I like the fact the purchase of MLOOS didn't go through. They will get the cashflow anyway now over 1-2 years without having to dilute and they are now focusing on the BIG FISH!!!

Still want an E1 truck on the road!!! This takes us to .002 easy. Any news of M-E or China deal and we are back in business for pennies! It is what it is...
