What makes you say that there is now a strong BOD for MILV?
The only thing I have been able to find out about DeZanger is that he incorporated NBI in Fla. on 12/31/2007. Then the papers went into default and were reinstated 3/19/2009. On the annual report dated 2/16/2010 Zuck was added. On 2/19/2010 O'Brien resigned. By early 2011 the papers went into default again and were reinstated 4 days after the PR with the "buyout share exchange" or whatever you want to call it. Weiner was added when the papers were reinstated on 10/24/2011.
Doesn't sound like a strong management team to me, they can't even keep the incorporation papers up to date. Maybe they were so busy "developing" all these "formulas" that they forgot about the papers. Oops, forgot that they didn't develop anything, they "bought" the formulas from somebody else.
NBI just sounds like it has been a shell to me.
Weiner seems to have the most experience, there are about 2 pages of corporations that have been filed in Fla. under the name Richard Weiner and a few more under Richard C. Weiner.

Could you let us know what you have been able to find about this team that makes you say they are a strong team?
