100's could complain, but the SEC won't care.

They want the best bang for their buck and this one isn't even on the chart.

I believe that most think 95% of penny stocks are, in the long run...SCAMS.

The SEC just doesn't have the man power to look at them all.

If the managment of the company has commited fraud.....best hope is that Chancery gets them.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
