Yes I was talking about the theoretical possibility of the judge turning the 70/30 split into a 100/0 split. But I really don't think she will go that far. I can see 80/20 85/15 maybe even 90/10 (but I doubt it). Commons have to get something or their releases are not going to be legally enforceable. You can't give something and get nothing; you have to get something.
