That was what I was posting about earlier. It has to be that or - if there isn't a halt (suspension) - shares purchased after the record date will have to be deemed to have granted the election and converted.

I believe this will all be clarified in the voting materials, which have not been issued yet and won't be until after the judge approves the DS.
