Can't transfer penny stock nowadays, almost all brokers don't allow transfer of penny stocks!!! Would be nice if CBYI management upgrade this back to DTC - eligible again, so those of us with Zecco, Choicetrade, etc. could freely buy/sell...thus create more trading vol.
