Seems to me a buyout by OSI would come much sooner. as mentioned they have the facilities to produce the machines at a rapid pace. makes more sense to offer a buyout before certs are approved as it would cost OSI less than if they waited a year or two. Just my opinion.

Also my opinion that the news we could hear near end of month would be in line with that. Again it's just my opinion but it makes more sense to me if OSI did it sooner rather than later.
