I would argue that the race is on. I would agree that processes have been slow up until this past year. However, OSI (OSIS) has manufacturing facilities waiting on certifications. Brennen said that just one of their facilities (can't remember which, someone?) could produce 1000 units in a day and could do it tomorrow. They are getting everything in place to fill orders once the certs are complete. Brennen and crew aren't getting any younger, and I would agree that they would like a buyout (probably from OSI) and would love to have it in the next few years. It seems to me that they are trying to kick things into high gear. My guess is that we will see the .25-.50 later this summer after we hear about orders/revenue. So, I would argue that they need to accelerate the process and show revenue to receive a buyout offer. I would guess that if there is a buy out (minimum of one to two years from now) MMTC would continue with quality control and product development. IMO
