Finally the Q&A document is filed, and instead of providing clarity, it seems to have introduced even more confusion on this board. I have read every post, and now my brain is completely twisted into a knot.

To add to the confusion, no one has mentioned the LTW issue and how this may affect the outcome here. I am still waiting for the filing of an appeal. Or does everyone believe this is a non-issue.
