Good question, so I just contacted Eastcor via phone. Talked to the operator (Melissa) and asked if Eastcor has broken ground on the new building - she responded "no". When asked when they plana to do so, she didn't have an answer. She then asked why I was asking and explained I was doing some DD on my investment with WSGI.

She then put me on hold while she checked with somebody else. Came back and told me she was transferring me to the GM of Eastcor. Got voicemail, explained purpose of call, left name, phone # and email and requested a response.

Since GM is one of WSGI's directors (Anita Hulo), not sure I will get a reply. Will advise if I hear anything......
