Not sure. An announcement might result in a spike in price, at least short term. Normally the sharks keep watching cash flow and Key Financial Performance Indicators until they smell blood. Guess it depends on capitalized value vs. intellectual property and contract values.

Aside from the above, SFOR annoucements are good, but "Show me the Money".
