Yeap, must be really inept.The point is this guy Kay is very very good, whether you give him credit for his accomplishments or not.

How does a company with stock trading at under a penny, do the followings:

Acquire Rogue Paper
Attract high quality management executives
Build StudentConnect

Give him a little bit of credit instead of threatening to have lawyers on the side waiting to sue him.
