IDCC does not revolve around the Nokia arbitration.

I sincerely hope WM will provide us with more precise guidance on how the licensing talks are progressing. Quarterly increases in recurring revenues are nice but the bottom line is that it's based on PAST licensing activities. I'm not sure what the high end upside is recurring revenues based solely on current lincensors.
