I'm with Chiron. Do you really think the likes of Goldman Sachs and Moody's are going to just fork over money to settle right away? Highly doubtful. They're financial juggernauts and will fight for years, just like JPM has.

If the bulk of the value for WMI shareholders is from the litigation trust, that means we have a very, very long time in seeing any real value. I'm still thinking the NOLs will give us the most value.
