ECDC SEC filing is nothing more than a picture of the business at a certain point in the life of the business. It can all change with a single contract or a single major deal. for a technology company that is not unusual.

Skype 500ml in debt - then Microsoft acquisition changed the picture

What would happen to the stock if the company announce out of the blue that its StudentConnect is being adopted by a school district? with say ....$5ml projected revenue?

Will the SEC filing mean anything ?

Stop selling goods nobody is buying.
