My point is simple. There is money to be made by buying homes that need some repair and then quickly selling them for much more. You can easily make $20K per house when doing this. It doesn't take a tons of homes for this 20K to add up, especially given the low market cap UNQT. This company is just starting. Lets see where it is in a few months. I'm not going to sell for less than a 1,000% gain.
