Loop and all, the question I have after reading the GBT suit is:

Have any of IDCC's patents suffered the same fate as GBT and if so, how material is it to IDCC's patent base? Do we still have essential technology in all standards as the company stated years ago or has the cabal done an end run around us like they appeared to have done with GBT? It is something very worrisome to me.

This waiting game sure is making me uncomfortable and I can't stand it. I just hope the judge is able to award some type of severe damages to IDCC for Nokia's stalling tactics such as pay up as you agreed to by this date or suffer the consequences of treble damages. The loss of the prepayment discount and interest on the award is obviously not enough to prevent Nokia from doing whatever is necessary to stall and spread FUD.
