CSRH News Consorteum Completes Acquisition of Tarsin Inc.

LAKE TAHOE, Nev., Jan. 4, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Consorteum Holdings Inc. ("Consorteum" or the "Company"), soon to be Game2Mobile International Corporation (OTCQB:CSRH), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Tarsin Inc., a Nevada corporation, from Tarsin (Europe) Ltd., a UK company, in a combination of cash and stock. Tarsin Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Tarsin is located in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, which will become the new headquarters for the Company.
