Please correct if I am wrong. But I think I noticed for the first time on the Ameritrade page for ECDC that there is an Institutional Investor holding 9.9% of the company stock. Am I correct on this? Is this new? If this is a new investor, an Institutional Investor that would be a powerful bullish signal for ECDC. I favor stocks where Institutional Investors like to go. Please advise.
