Employee stock options question.

Does anyone know the terms of the employee stock option plan?

It was discussed around the shareholder meeting and there was something about it being the only way insiders could buy the stock. I believe it consisted of regular monthly purchases.

Is it possible that could be a revenue source that extends the time before a private placement becomes necessary?
