Because u have a Billion dollar fund who has done their thorough DD to back up a penny stock financially if needed. A company who has the goods but now needs to show the world proof. Proof is coming. Also, I believe there is truth behind what carmine posted here today that 2 big institutions are coming in BIG. Patience just a bit longer, and negative posts will go away.
