TD, after reading the link of your due diligence effort, I remembered somewhere that mention was made of our company’s intent to enter the medical industry primarily… and I found it. The above excerpt was taken from Artsy’s notes (see #8678 above) from the shareholders’ meeting.

Do you think maybe the medical backgrounds of our CEO, Dr. Allen, Dr. Li, et al. could have influenced this initial focus?
