So, the buyout was worth 3.125 per share, but now there are gonna be twice as many shares that DOES NOT mean the pool of available money has also doubled. In MY mind, it only means that now the buyout is only gonna value the shares @ 1.5625.
Given the Reverse Splits that have occured in the past, i fail to see what this really asccomplishes other than to dilute the price per share back to previous levels. I am sure that there is music playing here that i am not yet hearing, however, it would be VERY Interesting to know what Investor Relations says with regard to the motivation for the Forward split after the two previous reverse splits. You all know that while i am not a basher, i have a very pessimistic view about the way this company is running its business. It sure would be nice to get some REALLY Positive news investors can sink their teeth into and watch the Price Per Share react accordingly.
