John, is your post just coincedental with today's DOJ announcement? I was notified that the sentensing hearing has been FUTHER delayed until Feb 27 2012.

Grasping at straws ,the only positive thing about this latest notification is this. The last delay said it would be a "release" or sentensing hearing. This notification dropped the word "release".

I replyed with the following.

"Why is the sentensing for these 3 criminals being delayed time after time? I was informed that I was eligible for a degree of restitution for the money these criminals defrauded me of. The DOJ is allowing them to walk the streets spending my money!

Where is the Justice in the Department of Justice? Has Justice become just a figure of speech?"
