1; Short answer too CTGLF reverse split,,,,Fan tried it already with CPICF and failed,,,,,,its called first hand experience ,he could not support his stock at a buck after it dropped from 20 bucks,,,,,,he killed his shareholders and his market and now his market is rigged at a nickel,,,,,,,,now maybe in a few months the greater fool theory will come along and buy Alans stock,,,but it will never auction trade untill it qualifies for Nasdaq or maybe AMEX and then it will struggle,,,,,( its what happens when you kill your shareholder base )
2; If you do not RS before financing ,after the first round of financing of a new company it becomes expoentially more difficult to RS , and sequentially after each deal the difficulty continues to compound,,,,,,,and Fan has already cut more deals that you all know about,,,and he would never cut another deal if he RS after the fact,,,
3; Fan has already talked the issue to death with his council,,,,and he is a hell of a lot more savvy now than when he started with bad council, and now he has good council,,(LOEB & LOEB),,,Fan is not entertaining a RS regardless what chatter or rumor you hear,,,,
4: Now with the latest acquisition,,,,it makes the possibility even more remote than it was,,,,,,,,,,,(each deal made, compounds the complexity of pulling off a RS )
5; Maybe most important the Chairman of CMG has always been against it !!!!!,,,,,,,
