I'm presently moving to another town, in some old ADGI papers I came across a fax that was sent out on June 25, 1996. It was "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE" The heading was "AMERICAN DIVERSIFIED GROUP, INC. ACQUIRES IMAGING SYSTEM SYNERGIES, INC."
In the text the following is written about the company.

"...an internet gateway provider and an internet service provider using satellite technology and satellite earth stations for global communication purpose."

It goes on "There are many areas not served by physical telephone lines or cables and the availability for utilization of satellite tranmission offers an extened range of communication services for the areas."

"...Being a gateway provider gives us the opportunity to open sites in all of the major cities both nationally and internationally directly or on a licensee basis thus greatly expanding our services. This acquisition provides an internet technology that will benefit the programs and goals of the company
