Is there any chance that the PP is not needed yet because a sale of certain assets, or a portion of those assets, (Wavexpress) has been consumated and can be used to fund the core business until tpms really kick in? I hope not, but it is a possibility if they think that the dilution incurred in a pp with revenues imminent is just not worth it. Also would further reduce the cash drain. Just asking.
