Split screen the financial of a Nasdaq stock and a Penny stock. Most of your questions can be answered by studying the differences between the two. They are vast.

You are assuming that the company can demand a price to dilute into. Not the case. The market is the market and if the pps is sub .01 and you need funding, you dilute sub .01.
