1. It's hard to say if Andy ultimately deserves any credit. Sure, he deserves credit for buying the product and putting it through to the FDA, but I think the Dr they just recently hired along with whomever else has had communication with the FDA will deserve the credit. I wouldn't be surprised to see news articles along the lines of 'Andrew Whelan: Looking toward the future' though, if they received FDA approval that is.

2. I personally feel that good sales would have to show strength for multiple quarters before anything happened with the pps. It might take a temporary rise .001 higher, but I don't think that'll sustain itself.
