Would you remove risk factors in the filings?

The SEC needs to force all lawyers to vet all company information before exempting any shares from registration.



So the lawyers vet all company info, then what?

The lawyer can look at the legal ease, but what about the business model? You seem to suggest regulation(s) can remove ALL RISK.

Unions can kill companies and have........

Unfair FDA rulings.......

Sub prime mortgages were MORE REGULATION.......
