You have to separate the shareholders from MTDX's ability to close a deal. They have been gaining credibility by signing deals - the professional softball deal is a good example. It is small but it definitely lends credibility to their product. They are already signed with the organization who is screen high school prospects. Lots of momentum here which is why it was voted down.
