I have a question for the board.
If a company states their preferred shares have no value, they are only for voting rights. Why, when I go to the SOS I read this:

Preferred Shares:

10,000,000

Preferred Par Value:

$.001

Common Shares:

700,000,000

Common Par Value:

$.001

Oh, each preferred share converts to 1000 common votes. Does par value mean anything? It looks a little fishy to me.
