etrade let's you buy just about ANYTHING unless of course there is a buying restriction placed on a stock which the reason for such a restriction is never made public, no need to mention the name of that stock here ;)

not sure what to make of Etrade since they are back to another 52 week low after reverse splitting

in order to buy $.0001 with no bid, you must place a "limit" order

if you really want to buy shares in seconds, place the order for $.0002~~~works everytime and it will say "your order may in fact be executed at the higher price" i have set to see that happen
