IHGP - Only shares not short sold was the 1150 lot that was dumped on the bid at $0.004. The rest were short sold.

Traders need to understand. Prior to the R/S, there was nearly 100% short volume day in and day out. Billions of shares were sold short. Possibly to the point there are illegal naked short shares in the market. If this is true, and we get a massive push, this could run to crazy levels on a buyin or a forced short cover.
