XPNG some info for anyone holding or looking for a bottom entry:

XPNG has now been on the Regulation SHO list for 13 days according to the list for 7/18/05. I've contacted Dave Kittrell and Aaron Lamkin and urged them to go on the offensive against the shorting.

Dave Patch, www.investigatethesec.com, said that information has been sent to the Colorado State Securities Regulators.

I've identified four companies that are behind the email and direct mail promotions of XPNG and GTHA. The companies are TW Inc., C.I. Marketing, 0711005BC Ltd., and L&L Craft Ltd. These companies received cash and/or stock from third parties to run the promotions. This info has been sent to XPNG and to the Regency Group.
