Valcom is being castigated by its own words.

It would be easier for Valcom to tell the truth about its projects and appraisals. That way they don't have remember the stories they have been telling.

The MJ movie and DVD release comes to mind. TV foreclosure auctions come to mind. Gigantic iTunes releases to generate revenue from it's vast audio library. Bragging about it's large video library when over 50% of the titles are Public Domain that dozens of other libraries have as well. Owners of worthless 1940 and 1950's westerns, kung fu movies and religious programming. Trying to fool people that they own movies of major Hollywood stars, except for the fact that these actors were appearing in their earliest roles, often for only minutes.

Why does it seem that every Valcom partnership ends in litigation? Doesn't Valcom vett every deal? They issue great PR's announcing every deal, yet they are never at fault when the deal goes south, at least according to Valcom.
