FWC: if Patrick Rooney were to resign

I personally think that your statement is "Unfounded" and "Out of touch" - -
QUESTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

FIRST - What REAL factual information do you currently have about Positron ! Are you familiar with their equipment that is currently being marketed ? Do you have any current brochures from Positron concerning their equipment offerings ?

SECOND - What do you actually know about Patrick Rooney ? Have you personally talked with him or discussed any subject with him on a "One on One" basis ?

THIRD - Have you really studied the previous quarterly financial statements that have been filed with the SEC ? Are you familiar with the previous quarterly totals ?

FACTUAL ANSWERS :

FIRST - I personally have brochures on the current line of equipment being marketed by Positron and I also have friends that are Surgeons that are currently using the PET equipment.. It is the most advanced equipment of it's type on the market today and the cost of using the PET equipment is much lower, on a per patient basis, than any other equipment of this type on the market today.

NOTE: Yes, I also know about the Pharma problem being used with the PET equipment that is being produced in Italy and that is the reason the Positron is purchasing a Lab in Lubbock, Texas, that is currently very succesful and will eventually be producing this Pharma product in the very near future. Just for further information, I am from Lubbock, Tx. and I am familiar with the Lab that Positron is purchasing and due to close on the deal in January 2012.

SECOND - I have personally spoken with Patrick Rooney {on a one on one basis} many times. Patrick is a straight up guy with straight answers. He does not "beat around the bush" ! I just wish that more companies on the OTC had honest and "straight up" CEOs like Patrick Rooney.

THIRD - If you will take the time to print the last two (2) years quarterly statements and compare them {side to side} you will quickly see how much progress that Positron has actually made.

NOTE: When Patrick Rooney originally took over Positron, the company was in complete 'shambles' and on the verge of possibly "folding up" as it had no direction and 'mountains of debt'. Patrick has completely revamped the company, reduced the company debt to almost ZERO and has been directly involved on a day to day basis of the total company management.

CONCLUSION :

When you sit back and really look at the "Big Picture" of Positron you can readily see where the company has come from and were it is going and the virtually complete "TURN AROUND" that Patrick Rooney has accomplished, it would be hard to question his management style or decisions ! Just one more piece of information for your consideration - how many small OTC Public Companies Today, does the CEO have a MAJOR CASH INVESTMENT in the company that they are currently running ? Patrick Rooney has a very sizable, Personal Cash Investment in Positron. I know the amount but I am not at liberty to quote the exact cash number.

After really understanding all of the facts and figures and knowing something about the history of Positron, I think that you might want to RECONSIDER you statement that said "Patrick Rooney should step down as CEO".....You are apparently a little bit or a whole lot MISINFORMED about Positron's position TODAY !
