This Indianapolis news story brings more clarity to me as an investor because it reinforces my belief that Positron will fail. It will fail because of Patrick Rooney. I had always hoped it wouldn't and hoped it would be successful, but you have to weigh the pros vs. cons. The technology is excellent...but the monetary losses and sketchy practices by a sketchy CEO will kill the company. This is why I had thought Rooney should resign. He is now more harm than good. Any seasoned CEO knows this and if you don't see it then I suggest taking the blinders off. Even the head honchos of Nobelesville said they put certain requirements in place to protect them of "this kind of thing". They even go as far as to say that Positron will have to get that money lent to them before Noblesville money kicks in and that they set it up this way to "protect themselves from this kind of thing". WOW, harsh point of view from the people that were supposed to be supporters of Positron.

It seems to me that they don't want anything to do with Rooney. And no public official wants to be caught up in that web.

Re-read the article...it's pretty telling how the tone of the city toward a new technology and company has changed since the SEC charges. Now, if Rooney completely resigned, there could be some renewed hope.
