Mr Kimble......It is a real S-8 from PDOS and thanks for showing us. This is clearly an incentive for the employees to get vested into the company.

The stock price was higher at the time of issuance at around 0.004. This is very similar to my company when they give out stock options etc. Unfortunately, PDOS has dipped below. I have stock options that I cannot execute to date because they were issued at a higher value. It just gives employees and directors etc. to work hard with the CEO to move the PPS higher again. Which I'm confident we will see in 2012.
