guys these things confuse me......But it looks like PDOS is trying to raise another 160K by selling 40 million shares to thier own employees?? is that correcT??

employees can buy thee shares at .004

why would any employee participate when they can buy on open market BELOW that

and on top of the DUTCHESS has 98 million shares they are trying to dump for any price over .0025

am i reading these correctly??
