I think it's very easy to underestimate the significance of blablah's finding. The report of Madison County's public discussion and plans has attracted little board interest or discussion considering the importance of their implications, beyond the likely siting of 1st RKT. Word of mouth is fine as far as it goes, but I was suggesting that this development may have been sponsored directly by Company action in hosting the NY waste conference. Congrats to JB if so. He's on the ball every time - Considering of course that he lacks any ability of any kind - and I'm sure he'll know how to attract plenty of attention to other NY municipal waste operators. jmho,ex.
