And therein lies the problem with Valcom. They always seem to tell a few people beforehand. Some people on this board have access to certain information that others cannot get. Ingrid gets the blame in my book because she chooses to converse by e-mail with some message board posters. She made the decision in early December to tell daylibiz and paulsbest that the 10-K would be out on 12/28. And she kept repeating that when pressed as late as last week.

Some people get the good news before others, some people get the bad news before others. Not by PR's, but by private e-mails.

And this doesn't bother some of you?
