its unheard of to PR a reduction of outstanding shares (OCT 17 2011) and then do a RS or any split. Whats wrong with you people? The company just gave instructions to their agent/mm to have "X,xxx,x.." some amount of shares. Money/pps is gettting raised for Nas listing.
I have seen this in other companies and thats why I bought in down here averaging .0038. I see an aweful large amount of suc_kers claiming to be around for a long time, and they think they know all. Hey, anything can happen, but I do own and will probably hold if PHAR holds down here.

fyi-mm's are going to corner the market quickly here. They always buy in first.
