As contracts come in and good news on a weekly and semi-weekly basis occurs. PPS (price per share) will rise accordingly. This will also bring on more sophisticated investors. For right now it seems a few are seeing the future light by picking up these cheapies.

side note: Without mentioning certain stock symbols I have checked out various companies that are in the retro-fit business. Seems these companies all trade on higher exchanges with stock prices in the dollars. EGOC not only is working on the retro-fit aspect of business but also has the patent pending product for installation. Seems like a double punch towards higher profits.
