Tarheel,

guess you don't know the story of GAMZ, ETPI, Ferris, and Bylo.

Bylo had his wealth (or a lot of his wealth, it would seem from his postings on the Raging Bull board) and credibility invested in a complete piece of crap company called ETPI. ETPI was in the business of promoting entertainment on military bases.

ETPI also had a deal to acquire Ferris before VTSI did (actually Vitra was known as Gamecom then). But Ferris contacted VTSI and got a better more in sync deal, and consequently terminated its deal with ETPI.

ETPI's price that was completely in the toilet before this deal fell apart, sunk further into the cess pit (think the company is delisted, or gone). Despite a bad business premise in a time of base closings, and really bad and seemingly dishonest management, ETPI decided to blame VTSI for its problems. Thus consequently filed a legal claim against VTSI for interfering in ETPI's deal with Ferris, even though it was Ferris that contacted VTSI.

Despite the claim obviously having no merit, Bylo was ranting and raving about how VTSI (GAMZ) would lose its lawsuit to ETPI and have to pay all kinds of damages to ETPI. Bylo obviously was something of a dillusional kook, but seemed to lack any self awareness to realize it.

Needless to say, ETPI's claim was dismissed without prejudice, and to this day Bylo has been stalking this board trying to generate discord and disharmony as a means to seek some sort of pitiful vendetta, or get some sort of moral retribution for his own bad judgments.

So considering what a POS was, and how awful ETPI's SEC filings were, it is beyond ironic for Bylo to be preaching
99% f the stuff that he does, for he certainly didn't follow his own advice before, and doesn't appear to have learned anything from it either other than to be the sorry, sad,
person that he apparantly has allowed himself to become as he seeks retribution against the company he perceives to have caused him to lose his money.

Sort of sad, in truth, for anyone who has ever invested in BB's some where along the way has made mistakes, lost money, learned lessons, learned about risk, and has gotten on with their lives.

Hope this explanation, puts Bylo's behavior in some context.
