Has it dawned on any of the Americans that the reason why you are seeing so much German interest today is that Germans get first crack at trading Valcom on Friday (assuming 10-K is released after the close today). The Germans are in the position to unload shares ahead of you guys.

Ask yourself another question. Many of you are predicting are share price rise up to .15 - .20 , yet no one seems to be buying at the .048 level today. Here is a sure triple in your eyes but no one is taking the risk. I'm sure everybody will say that they have enough shares at .03 and below, but if you are SO sure, it would be a no brainer, right?

The highly anticipated 10-K is expected to be released today.

Whatever the results, I expect it to be a highly entertaining read. It will provide us a glimpse into comparing results with prior promises. I for one am not convinced that any reported results can be trusted unless i see audited returns as Valcom has played loose with their numbers before.

I am most interested in the board of directors fight, whether Manning has been the source of shares that have sold, the outstanding share count, if a buyback was done, whether any past royalties were collected, what happened with the MJ movie and supposed DVD sales, and iTunes sales.

As you can see I'm more concerned about actual results rather than more promises for the future. I sure we'll hear about more potential sources of revenue, another attempt at online/TV foreclosure auctions, and The Roys TV deal, and how the future remains as bright as ever.

Good luck,
